By accessing or using the UnifiedBeez platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
Description of Service
UnifiedBeez is a unified messaging platform that enables businesses to manage customer communications across multiple channels including WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, SMS, Email, Telegram, and LinkedIn. Our Service includes:
- Multi-channel messaging capabilities
- AI-powered customer service assistants
- Automation workflows and triggers
- Business integrations (CRM, e-commerce, calendar sync)
- Analytics and reporting tools
- Team collaboration features
Account Registration & Eligibility
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up-to-date
Business Accounts
Business accounts require valid business information and may be subject to verification processes. You represent that you have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms.
Subscription Plans & Billing
Plan Types
We offer multiple subscription plans with varying features and limitations:
Individual Plan (£19/month)
1 seat, 1 AI assistant, limited channels
Business Plan (£99/month)
5 seats, 2 AI assistants, expanded channel access
Premium Plan (£299/month)
20 seats, 5 AI assistants, all channels, priority support
Organization Plan (£499/month)
50+ seats, 10+ AI assistants, unlimited features
Add-On Services
Additional services available for purchase include:
- Extra seats (£7/month per seat)
- Additional AI assistants (£25/month)
- Twilio WhatsApp messaging packs
- Multi-language AI support (£10/month)
- White-label portal access (£99/month)
- Reseller/Agency portal (£149/month)
- Priority support (£25/month)
Billing and Payment
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
- Failure to pay may result in service suspension
- You authorize us to charge your payment method
Acceptable Use Policy
Permitted Uses
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree to use the Service in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations.
Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
Communication Violations:
- Send spam or unsolicited messages
- Engage in harassment or abuse
- Impersonate others
- Violate messaging platform policies
Technical Violations:
- Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
- Use automated systems beyond intended use
- Attempt denial-of-service attacks
- Access other users' data
Channel Integration & Third-Party
WhatsApp Integration
- Requires Meta Business Manager verification
- Subject to WhatsApp Business Policy
- Template messages require Meta approval
- 24-hour messaging window restrictions
Other Integrations
- Each channel requires separate authentication
- You are responsible for valid credentials
- Channel-specific rate limits apply
AI Services & Content
AI Assistant Usage
- AI responses may not always be accurate
- Review and approve AI-generated content
- Training may use anonymized data
Data & Privacy
Data Processing
Our collection and use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
Damages
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify UnifiedBeez from claims arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
Termination by Us
We may suspend account for violations or non-payment.
Dispute Resolution

Governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Changes to Terms
